This was 18 months ago. I keep practicing regularly, but not as intensely as I used to. YET my level hasn’t regressed: I recently did a very clean 5 min 30 sec I could “easily” have pushed an extra 20 sec. At 7,200” of altitude, that’s about 7 min 30 sec at sea level.
