Let's buy this old-school hotel in Italy together and 3x the revenue?. But seriously, 30 rooms for €700k, all in? . And you get a fully operational hotel with all the licenses and in good shape. It's targeting budget travelers and is 100% dependent on Booking and similar sites.

60% of company swag ends up in the trash 🗑️ . The solution is quite simple: Make cool swag people want to wear and use. I browsed thousands of twitter posts that include company swag. Then, curated 400 of the swag examples we liked the most. No fluff, no upsells (we are not a

The trending travel destinations are those that influencers recommend. That's the reason why Japan is so popular now. You can create a huge amount of viral content in a few days: asparagus ice cream, capypara cafés, you name it. Stats: 73% of travelers report that influencer.

A friend of mine was a part of the pivot of Airbnb Experiences in Lisbon 🇵🇹 in 2016 or so, as a host:. 1. Airbnb launched a curated list of unique hosts.2. My friend was the only surf school in the area.3. Airbnb told him to combine a surf lesson (25 eur was his regular price).

I tried very hard to obtain a dataset of all these sidewalk gardens in Amsterdam from @AmsterdamNL, but I have yet to succeed. It would make an epic heatmap of the best neighborhoods in Amsterdam, where walking is enjoyable and where neighbours deeply care about public space.
