We really don’t talk enough about how so many of our older detached homes that are being sold at the moment are really 2 homes, like this one listed for $1.5m. In large numbers over the last decade they’ve been torn down and replaced with McMansions that *may* contain a 400sqft

I imagine this is how many runners feel when I race walk a marathon.
