Update on @Bell_Support experience. Systems were down. Couldn’t pull up my account. Told I’d get a call back within 2hrs. Guess what? No call back. So after 75mins of my time yesterday I’m no further ahead. Bell cares about as much as people care about this Twitter post.

Even the simplest thing like “on-hold music” is full of static and poor quality. You’re a telecommunications company for f’s sake, surely you can figure this out. Start there and then actually give a shit about customer service next.
