Great discussion about two new RCTs. Or if you are burned out on new trials, listen in to learn about the new (appears useless) "fan mail" button that you can use to agitate @EdQian

It's fascinating reading the landmark articles and getting the idea of the practice at the time that sparked the question. But as times and technology evolve, sometimes we do need to ask ourselves if those old articles still apply, this is a great example. Kudos to the authors!
Episode 37! Glycemic control in the ICU is the topic with NICE-SUGAR and TGC-Fast both from @NEJM . We also mention Mary Lou Retton and the taste of tube feeds... NICE SUGAR: https://t.co/TseuJok0Rw TGC-Fast: https://t.co/zIswkzdSYa

A little surreal, I definitely leaned on these summaries as a busy trainee (and as an attending). Now the ACORN trial has one. Bravo, thanks for the hard work!
