Just did a lingular segmentectomy using technique of inflating lingual while deflating rest of LUL for demarcation. I learned this from a video by a now Houston, formerly Mayo, well known chest surgeon. We donāt have the fluorescing dye though (too expensive). @ShandaBlackmon.

The new valves are even more expensive. They are successfully pushing the same tripe for TAVR valves to very receptive cardiologists.
I find it amazing that more and more cardiac surgeons are replacing the time-tested (over 30 years of data) Perimount/Magna bioprosthetic valve with the much more expensive Inspiris simply on the companyās promise that it has better in vivo durability with ZERO data.
