The said incident is highly regretted. Marshal is directed to report to his parent department. Disciplinary action has been initiated against both driver and conductor. Instructions issued to all crew to stop bus at all designated bus stops.

इस शिकायत के संधर्भ में आप को अवगत कराया जाता है की गाड़ी स.7326 के इंजन में अचानक मैकेनिकल फाल्ट आने के कारण यह धुआं देने लगी इस गाड़ी को रूट पर से ही क्रेन द्वारा डिपो लाया गया और इस गाड़ी की सभी कमियों को दूर करने के पश्चात ही गाड़ी को लाइन पर भेजा जा रहा है|

बस में सफर कर रहे यात्रियों की सुरक्षा हेतु बसों में बस मार्शलों की उपलब्धता के अनुसार नियुक्त किए जाते हैं। वर्तमान में DTC में बस मार्शलों की अत्यधिक कमी है जैसे ही पर्याप्त बस मार्शल रिपोर्ट करेंगे तुरंत ही वरीयता के आधार पर प्रत्येक बस में बस मार्शल नियुक्त कर दिए जाएंगे।

नंद नगरी थाने में दोनों पक्षों पर एफ आई आर दर्ज हुई थी। मामला डीसीपी ईस्ट के पास ले जाया गया उनके हस्तक्षेप के उपरांत उन लोगों पर नई एफ आई आर दर्ज हुई है।

After examining, it is found that the road is very narrow and there is a pothole on left-hand side of the road. There is no marking of bus lane on that (place) road and sign up bus lane. Although crew members has instructed to follow the bus lane rules.

Electric Bus no. 2610 had an indication of increased temperature beyond specified/designed limit and therefore vehicle stopped automatically, due to its inbuilt safety feature. The response team reached immediately, attended the bus and put it on road within two hours.

DTC has operated its "Delhi-Lahore-Delhi" Bus Service with Air-Conditioned luxury bus deployed for this service has a 2X2 comfortable seating arrangement.The "Service" is operated from Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal near Delhi Gate.

असुविधा पर डीटीसी खेद प्रकट करता है। सड़क - दुर्घटना से बचने तथा यात्रियों की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए फ्लाईओवर के नीचे बस-स्टैंड की व्यवस्था की गई है अतः बसों को वहाँ के फ्लाईओवर से चलाना उचित नही होगा जहाँ पर फ्लाईओवर के नीचे बस-स्टैंड बने है।

दिनांक 28/03/2023 बस संख्या डीएल1पीसी 9381 मोती बाग़फ्लाईओवर पर ब्रेकडाउनहो गयी थी , ब्रेकडाउनका कारण इंजन ओवर हीट था l इस सन्दर्भ में आपको अवगत कराया जाता है कि इस बस को जल्द से जल्द अटेंड कराया गया और डिफेक्ट को ठीक करा दिया गया l असुविधा के लिए हमें खेद है l

इस संदर्भ में आपको अवगत किया जाता है कि बिद्युत परिचालित-बसें FMAE-II योजना के अंतर्गत परिचालित की जा रही हैं जिसमे चालक बसों में सेवा-प्रदाता की तरफ से दिए जाते है। इसलिए सेवा-प्रदाता को लेन में बस चलवाने के लिए निर्देश दिया गया ।

DTC की रूटसं 192 पर 12 बसें परिचालन में है व रूटसं 61 पर कोई बस परिचालन में नही हैं,अपितु इस रूट पर क्लस्टर बसें परिचालन में है।वर्तमान में DTC में बसों का अभाव होने के कारण रूट 192&61 पर और अधिक बसेंं चलाना संभव नही है,आवश्यक कार्रवाई केलिए मामले को

It is informed that the job of bus cleaning/washing comes under the AMC and to be done by concerned service provider . The driver is also provided by service provider for operating e-bus on prescribed route. The driver in the video is from M/s JBM and not from DTC please.

नांगलोई से उत्तम नगर जाने वाले यात्री नांगलोई (रोहतक रोड़) से रूट सं 947, 947A की बस सेवा लेकर उत्तम नगर पहुँच सकते हैं या नांगलोई से रूट सं 539, 708, 978 की सेवा लेकर नजफगढ़ तथा यहाँ से रूट सं 817, 817एन, 835 आदि की सेवा लेकर उत्तम नगर तक पहुँच सकते हैं।
