@justinskycak It's because they see school as a sort of society-wide palliative care for children. Due to material conditions, the winners will win and the losers will lose, so there's no point making the losers try, because trying is painful.

When I argue against ADHD- I am not denying that legitimate problems do not exist that get labeled as ADHD- of course they do. My argument is that it's NOT a discrete medical condition in itself. Walking out with a diagnosis & prescription stimulant STOPS further evaluation into
