This is a great question to refresh and revise what I have learned over the years from my ex-colleagues especially @inyaki_mwc & @jperezalv I'll try to summarize what usual suspects I can recall in the 🧵
#AndroidDev folks, I have two single module Android apps, both commercial software and similar size in terms of LOC. Both have Java and Kotlin source code, but one takes 3-4x time to build compared to the other. What could be the reasons?

Feature flag frameworks can help you quickly adapt to broken features, changing market conditions and more. They also help you identify (with analytics) if a new feature/improvement/etc improves conversions. @droidchef and I have had a lot of great conversations on this.

🚨 TikTok fires entire India staff. Surprising as this is happening 3 years after the app was banned in India. Apparently 🇮🇳 was serving as a sales hub for 🇦🇪 and 🇧🇷. Seems a little sus because this comes at a time when people in 🇺🇸 are also seeking a ban on this app.
