…and @_austrian proceeded to charge me $1400 JUST TO REBOOK the SAME flight on a different day! I’ve never been taken advantage of like this by an airline, reasonable charge is a standard rebooking fee if you’re keeping the SAME ITINERARY! This is highway robbery @Lufthansa_USA

Hey JOSH, yes they do have Austrian Airlines staff as well as Lufthansa staff @ BKK airport in Bangkok. I’m leaving from there now, and had another not so lovely customer service experience where @lufthansa was trying to change the price on me at the airport check in. WOW.
