(4) @AmericanAir - So here we are in Dallas, no bags and no family time. Lost every plan, reservation and memory to be made because of an unprepared multi million $ corporation. At the very least, DM the email address to send my itemized bill to you for all my losses.

(3) @AmericanAir - Talked with 2 baggage reps and nada. Begged them to get our bags and NOT send to San Antonio as we rebooked with another airline in Dallas and wanted our bags. Guess what, incompetency rules this holiday at AA! Our bags are in San Antonio since last night🤬

(2) @AmericanAir - We lost $1,000 for hotel and other reservations at destination plus seeing our child. We returned to DFW on 25th to get our bags and drive to see other child in Houston. We could see our bags via our AirTags and the AA app, but nothing was done. Tried 3 hours

(1) As a loyal DFW @AmericanAir customer for over a quarter century, I am disgusted at the outcome of our Christmas/Hanukkah. We spent 11 hours at DFW on 24th being delayed over and over again until cancelled; all other SAT flights departed. Wasn’t weather, was disorganization.
