Gov. Pritzker: "Democrats should just...follow the law. That means if someone broke the law — whether you're an ICE agent, or a CBP agent, or Stephen Miller — if you broke the law, you should be held accountable."

Gov. Pritzker: "The president lies consistently, and he's got a lot of people around him who are sycophants, including JD Vance, who lie on his behalf...It's propaganda."

Gov. Pritzker: "Threatening to jail your political opponents—does that sound like the United States? Should we have a president who is threatening to jail his political opponents with no evidence of wrong doing?...I don't think so."

Gov. Pritzker: "It's clear Trump is trying to militarize our cities, and he's doing that with ICE now....He's also trying to just show off that he is in fact an authoritarian and can do whatever it is that he wants. But we're pushing back and we're winning."

Q: "Do you have a sense why the Secretary of Defense seems to be afraid to interact with journalists?" Mike Johnson: "I reject that premise. Fear is not part of the Secretary of War's make up."

Q: "Is it okay for Trump to say that he's pardoning someone because they 'always had the courage, conviction, and intelligence to always vote Republicans'?" Johnson: "That's one snippet of what he said among many things about George Santos...At least he's open and transparent."

Speaker Mike Johnson on Trump pardoning George Santos: "The president has the right under the Constitution...We believe in redemption...I hope Mr. Santos makes the most of his second chance."

Q: "Trump authorized military strikes...in the Caribbean. 20 people have been killed in six different strikes. Do you believe these strikes are legal?" Sen. Rand Paul:" "No...These people have been blown up without us knowing their name or any evidence of a crime."

Q: "Does President Trump need to get tougher with President Putin?" Zelensky: "Yes."

Q: "Do you think President Putin is playing President Trump?" Zelensky: "[Putin] wants to postpone real negotiation meetings...He's afraid of sanctions, of President Trump's tariff, and secondary sanctions which are very painful for Russian economy."

Q: "Is Ukraine losing this war or winning this war?" Zelensky: "We are not losing this war, and Putin is not winning — and his army right now is in a weak position."

Trump on the Democrats: "You can't make a deal with these people. They're lunatics. They've gone crazy. They're crazed people. Trump Derangement Syndrome."

Q: Are you going to send federal troops and the National Guard to San Francisco? Trump: "We're going to go to San Francisco...We're going to go to San Francisco and we're going to make it great...Don't forget, I can use the Insurrection Act."

Trump on the government shutdown: "We're cutting Democrat programs that we didn't want. They made one mistake, they didn't realize that gives me the right to cut programs that Republicans didn't want—giveaways, welfare programs—and we're doing that and cutting them permanently."

Q: "Did you get any sense from Putin that he would be open to the idea of ending this war without taking significant property from Ukraine?" Trump: "Well, he's going to take something. I mean, they fought and he has a lot of property. He's won certain property."

Trump is rewarding Russia. Despicable.

Millions of Americans peacefully protested today to remind Trump that this is still the Home of the Brave & there are #NoKings. The president responded by posting an AI video of himself dressed as a king while flying a fighter jet and defecating on peaceful American protesters.
