This #TXWomans grad earned the degree he never had the chance to start. Ryan Matthews was 17 when he was arrested for murder. He spent 5 years on death row before DNA evidence cleared him. Ryan never gave up on his dream & graduated from TWU this weekend!.

TWU retired faculty member, Dr. Bettye Myers passed away Monday after suffering a stroke last week. Dr. Myers was a superb educator, devoted community member & revered motivational speaker, but the people who were closest to her remember her mostly for her kind, gentle soul.
