Quite the headline here. Keir Starmer is "the most dishonest, deceitful and disreputable PM" - Dan is right, isn't he.

It's worth repeating, because this is often overlooked. Labour is now the party of the rich. No analysis of the party's strategic implosion should ignore that.
Voting intention by financial wellbeing segments. Labour lead with comfortably off and Reform UK with all other groups - including the financially vulnerable.

If only Kemi was PM. Life was so much better when the Tories were in government. Labour have been in charge for nearly two years, and it’s not been a very pleasant two years. Let’s make sure Kemi gets the keys to No.10 at the next election #Kemi4PM

They have broken the ministerial code. There is a specific bit about value for money: "A4.13.15 Departments shall not treat special severance as a soft option, for example to avoid management action, disciplinary processes, unwelcome publicity or reputational damage." (HT

This will really matter in 2029 ⬇️
In the leader approval ratings Badenoch hits her highest since becoming leader at -6. The first time she’s been ahead of all four other main party leaders. Starmer also up from his low though still far behind the pack at -41. Davey (-10) Polanski (-12), Farage (-13)

This is not normal: it is a sign of a massive collapse in civilisational standards, policing, and common decency. Why has what was a hundred years ago such a fundamentally lawful society become so barbaric?

A lot of talk about the need for realism re Iran - “no more foreign wars” etc. Truth 1) The UK needed only to make airbases available, and to defend our own Truth 2) If the Iranian regime remains in place, it’s a tragedy for her people and they will continue to plot murder

It’s like an episode of South Park
I cannot stop laughing. Wow. I’m in tears honestly. The new Supreme Leader couldn’t “make an appearance” so apparently the Regime brought out a cardboard cut-out. Honestly, these people 😂 https://t.co/o0HaAc0w9Y

The Conservatives can win the next election. A party with a plan, led by Kemi Badenoch and a strong team.

This chart is simply unreal, a comparison of electricity generation and CO₂ intensity. France (blue) generates barely any emissions, but look at Germany (brown). The German “green energy transition” has hurt its industry, jobs and the environment. Why would anyone do this?

@georgeeaton Not this rubbish again 1. Gas only sets the wholesale price of electricity which is c40% of the bill (together with the carbon tax) 2. Renewables subsidies are fixed and higher than the wholesale price. That means for every £1 you reduce the wholesale price you increase the
