Why did Germany start two major wars? Because it was leading in science, patents and industrial production. Why did the US win WWII? Because it had an industrial base to be turned into military production. Which major country today meets both criteria?. Scary thought, isn’t it?

The only problem is that since Macron took office and kept this big state, lavish pensions and strong unions freak show going on, France added €1.1T in new debt. It is reaching a point now, when markets don’t absorb more debt to finance this socialist nonsense anymore. Good luck

Don’t mess with Texas. But seriously, what does Texas do differently to be such a growth engine in the US?

Eye-opening chart, it‘s quite difficult to find Europe there. Without AI European products will simply become commodities, but the EU is of course really proud to be the first to regulate AI. Will they ever wake up?

This chart will ruin all left green degrowth narratives. Socialist countries were the biggest polluters, socialism is not the solution, it’s the problem. Growth and free market innovation allow capitalist countries to introduce new technologies reducing pollution. Sorry Comrades.

This is probably the best measure of standard of living. The US and Western Europe used to be comparable, not anymore. There is a price for Europe following the regulations & bureaucracy madness, and left redistribution policies. They simply make people and nations poorer.

Industrial electricity prices. Who needs an industry, right?. But seriously, what are the politicians driving the Net Zero policies in Europe thinking? That their countries survive geopolitically and economically without strong industrial base?

A new proposal from @CMSgov under @DrOz wants to add catheters, ostomy & trach supplies to Medicare’s competitive bidding program. This is a bad idea and will worsen outcomes for seniors & Medicare recipients. My latest in @MedPageToday explains why ⬇️

Limiting urological, tracheostomy, and ostomy supply options will do more harm than good

Getting coffee in the US vs. getting coffee in Europe. Which one do you prefer?. As long as you still have money, life is Europe is great, unfortunately more and more Europeans can’t afford it anymore.

Can someone please explain why an average American needs twice as much energy as an average European?

Really difficult to argue with this one. The only people who are in favor of socialism are those who have not experienced it by themselves.

Inheritance tax is the most unfair tax. Everyone should have the right to decide if he spends, donates to charity, or leaves to his children the already taxed life savings. It’s not a tax, it’s stealing from the dead. Prove me wrong.

Many people in Poland are celebrating its economy reaching $1T. As much as I like Poland, without fixing its demographic problem, the economic miracle won’t last forever. Poland needs pro-family policies and smart immigration approach as soon as possible to keep going.

Nobody knows if it will be 99% by 2030, but it will be a massive number. How do you advise your children what to study? Hopefully not to study law, finance, architecture, engineering, design or medicine.
