been thinking about this a lot in regards to founders dressing too fashionably / gen z SF not only *doesn’t* incentivize flashy dress; it actively disincentivizes it so when I see founders that make their IG too aesthetic-maxxing (like an LA or NY personality), it belies that
if someone is smart but has bad aesthetics, normies will not take them seriously. This is good. Aesthetic contains real information that this category of "smart people" can't read (and if they gain power, these blindspots will lead to their undoing)
