Good to acknowledge that A&E is the most visible aspect of the NHS but the problems are system wide.

Quite nice to have a debate on the #NHS without politicians!. The NHS is tired of being a political football and since 1948 no political party has covered themselves in glory about how the NHS is managed. Time for a cross-party style of leadership?.#C4NHSdebate.

I feel so sad for all those patients; and also for the staff depicted presumably without their consent and probably are identifiable within their Trust.
