Trump’s unconstitutional plans for using the military in his war on “internal enemies”… this is grounds for impeachment.

The single most important article yet published on Trump's second term, by two scholars who since 2016 have been consistently correct in anticipating Trump's effect on our political system. Everyone should read it.

Family separation was an atrocity during the first Trump administration… now they promise the same horrific crime against young children and parents… shame on us!

Exit polls showed González winning 65% and Maduro getting 31%. There is no way these exit polls were off by 30%! So now all democrats of the world -- in governments and societies -- must stand with the majority of people of Venezuela & not let Maduro steal this election.

No no no, SCOTUS. Do NOT try to quote Alexander Hamilton to support this horrendous immunity decision. Hamilton's Federalist No. 77 *SPECIFICALLY* cites "prosecution in the common course of law" as a check on the president. And you amateur historians just ignored it. "Original

1/ At long last, can we all stop pretending that Alito, Thomas, Barrett, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh are legitimate jurists? They are politicians who were effectively “appointed” to the Court by the Federalist Society, which has turned the Supreme Court into an unaccountable

The Supreme Court ruling places the president beyond the law in any "official act" he orders. Impeachment is the only remedy, and we've seen how that worked after January 6. Ordering arbitrary imprisonment or murder of his enemies--as suggested by his own lawyers--would pass.

The Supreme Court has shown itself to be governed, not by allegiance to the rule of constitution and law, but by slavish allegiance to a self-declared tyrant in waiting. Shame, shame, shame on these servants of the enemies of democracy.
