Great q, D. I think @jonwu_ nailed it. Iāll add that part of the reason social media hires fail is that founders often expect them to define the narrative, when strategy really needs to come from above. SMM is an operational role that should be focused on terminal presence.

All of these q's can be answered by ChatGPT. "How would you" q's are a dead end. Tbh don't overthink it. If they seem like a savage and spend 18 hr a day online contract them for 30 days.
