Co-sign this. Corollaries: For those “imbalanced” folks living on the edge, Accept that you’re not optimizing for happiness. That is ok. Living someone else’s “best” life is not fulfilling. Life has seasons. A marginal, temporary increase in harmony yields great benefit.
