@TicketmasterCS So the saga continues, to get our “cancelled” tickets reinstated we have to pay again (at a more expensive rate) even though the unrequested refund/cancellation hasn’t gone in my account yet?? How are you even allowed to do that, shame on you all

Hey @TicketmasterUK , @MissDgear and have tickets to see @DrBrianMay @OfficialRMT @adamlambert on the 5/6/22, booked back in 2019, but now you move us again, do you not realise we have travel and accommodation booked?? You are still playing the 5th too, this stinks!

@IdealWorldTV does your customer service team ever respond to their emails? I was sent a damaged item. I’ve emailed you, called you on your rip off premium rate number but still no response. Care to comment here??
