Migrants: The usual suspects are having fits about the idea of requiring A-level English, protesting that many native-born don't have that. Uh:The point of importing migrants is to advantage your country. That means you want better & brighter to improve things, not thicker. :-/

@matt_barrie There will be kids who commit suicide over this, 14 and 15yr olds won't just go okay, get up and go outside and play a game. Having had a teenage daughter at that age, where her phone was her life, I would hate to think how she would have reacted, she wouldn't have coped.

There are many things about modernity with which to ne justifiably unhappy. But this? This is not one of them. This is a miracle of technology. Musk really is going to get us back to the Moon, and to Mars. Or go broke trying. And that's an amazing thing.

Interesting. Like it or not, the West is starting to become less tolerant of incomers who have not integrated fully. Some will be going back (maybe just because they're unhappy) to cultures they no longer fit. They're used to very different standards. What happens? :-/
