Hey, @OKCPD, can you please make sure all of your officers are aware of this new-ish law ( https://t.co/GSaITyTfb2)? I was harassed by an officer via loudspeaker for proceeding through a light this morning. Thanks for all you do!

Turnitin to Be Acquired by Advance Publications for $1.75B. So, that's what all that student Intellectual property is worth. How much of that $1.75B do you think is going to the students who have fed their database for years? I have a pretty good guess: zero billion.

The shooting that occurred overnight in California is heartbreaking. At OCU we will keep the victims of such needless violence in our hearts and we stand in solidarity with them. Please lean on your OCU family today and contact our counseling office at 405.208.7901 if needed.

my favorite way to listen to the president is slowed down to 1/2 speed because it reveals how often times his logic is indistinguishable from that of a drunk person:

I mean, it's been deeply red since the 70s and Trump carried it by a lot in 2016! This is insane.

Re: OKC election results (thread) Through the years, one thing has remained unknown in virtually every presidential and gubernatorial election: Who won Oklahoma City?

No matter how long I've been teaching, I spend more time prepping for classes on rhythm/meter than any other topic. (Not complaining, tho.)
