So difficult to see for many people - « but this wil improve the thing I work on every day, the other might not work » 🫠
in startups be careful to not hire “micro optimizers” you need people who move the most important needle by 3x per year not an irrelevant metric by 3% “is this gonna 3x the business? no — stop!”

Moroccan ecosystem was a pleasant surprise: very prepared entrepreneurs, lots of willingness to build, good infrastructures.
After a week we can’t help but look back on the amazing #ImpactBeyondBorders bootcamp in #Casablanca, meeting #Morocco's top startups. The hard work always pays off when we see the impact of our programs💡Huge thanks to our volunteers 🙏 We couldn’t have done this without you💪

We often under appreciate how small the tech world really is but always happy to see great people connecting and do awesome things together.
Last year we organized two consecutive hackathons. Two hackers flew in from Barcelona and won a prize in both events. Congrats @maxprilutskiy and @vrcprl! It's exciting to see how @replexica has gone from a hackathon project turn into a product that thousands of devs use 🔥🚀

The one good thing we got from the pandemic were the omnipresent hand sanitizers in shops. Where are they now? Can’t believe it’s a cost saving measure, stuff is basically free.
