Governor Newsom is done signing all the bills that made it to his desk. Per capitol insider @ChrisMicheli, he signed nearly 800 bills and vetoed 123.
On this last day, Gov Newsom finished reviewing 917 bills sent to his Desk during the 2025 Session, including 913 regular session and 4 special session bills. Of those 917 bills, he signed 794 bills and vetoed 123 bills, for a veto rate of 13.4%. Last year, he vetoed 15.7%.
