Back in college, the intro class had some arbitrary fake language where you controlled a flower picking smiley face. I think it was named Lisa. Apparently I was the only one who ever submitted a program that used recursion, and the teacher was surprised it supported it.
How often do you *actually* use recursion in your programs? I'm not sure if I'm the only one here, but I'm going to put it out in the open: I've been programming for 20+ years, and while I understand recursion… I never use it. Ever. Seriously 🙂 I feel like there's a huge

I don't miss the old rhythm at all, unless you mean the really old rhythm of complete disconnection after 8 hours a day due to no VPN, no OWA, and no smart phones.
