Yes - a Christmas Tree & March. Every year the Community Council organises a village Christmas Tree and pay £50 for the electric. This year it cost £72 flick a switch on, now they want £95 flick it back. Come on Scrooge, Sorry @YourSSE, do the right thing! @StirObserver

Please note that despite Stirling Council publishing information that submissions to the Scottish Ministers need to received before the 31st Jan they have change the submission date to midnight on Wednesday 29th Jan.
