On 15th August, #ForthValleyRP were called to a collision in the Fallin, involving an e-bike. E-bikes can only be legally ridden on private land with landowner permission. The rider tested positive for cannabis and and was charged with several offences. #DriveSmart

Walter Masocha, 61, has been jailed for 10 years for sexual offences against two women in Stirling and Edinburgh between 2006 and 2012. He was sentenced at the High Court in Livingston on Monday, 28 July. More:

#ForthValleyRP were on patrol when they observed a blue Audi A5 travelling between junctions 5 and 6 doing 100mph. The vehicle was safely stopped and the 53 year old driver will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal. #DriveSmart.

#ForthVallyRP were on patrol when they observed a Volkswagen Polo GTI driving erratically at Cadgers Brae Roundabout, Falkirk. This was followed onto the motorway and observed at speeds of up to 139mph before being stopped. 22-year-old male driver will be reported to the PF.

#StirlingRP were on the M876 at Junction 2 when they observed a Tesla at speed, the used a speed detection device and found the Tesla to be driving at 94mph. When stopped the found a male driver who was then charged with speeding. #DriveSmart
