@caulmick @MichealMartinTD @SimonHarrisTD In 2009 #JimGavin was charing €550 a month for an apartment in Smithfield. With inflation you'd find it hard to find anything to rent in Ireland for similar amount now. Why are landlords (a lot of whom are FFFG) able to keep increasing rents without any limits or moral compass?

Off to a wedding today think I'll wear one of these #IrishCrochet tops. The cream and blue have only roses the red has roses & shamrocks. Trying to ignore the weather once we're inside we won't care & it's all happening in one place. I wonder if @nialloloughlin will be there?

This is the only explanation, after a quick Google search, of that thumb position I could find. Whoever coached Jim to within an inch of his life did him no favours. His answers were robotic & rarely answered the questions, he even used the same language as MM.

I've just started yo #crochet a baby hat #MyOwnDesign as two of my friends are going to be granny's soon one for the first time. I broke my #StashBusting to buy this Ombre yarn which is 20% wool from @Aldi_Ireland Follow along if you want to make one too.
@CoffeeDoq @miwadi_ire I haven't bought any wool or thread in years I'm committed to using up my mams stash and my own. I will admit I bought a small ball of multicoloured wool in Aldi yesterday as I loved the greens and need a baby had shortly and I don't know if it'll be a boy or a girl.

I'm making a batch of these Onion Bhaji to bring to a friends I'll finish off cooking in their air fryer when I get there. #YorkshireIndian is so much fun the way he says certain words really gives me a laugh especially how he says cripsey instead of crispy.
If you like Onion Bhajis this is a really good recipe. They're very tasty and quick to make I started mine on the pan and finished them off in airfryer. I found the Gram Flour in an Indian shop as it's made with 100% chickpeas it's #GlutenFree

Once piece is desired width finish at bottom of hat & leave a long thread to sew up sides. Do this by catching one loop either side back and forth. To pull in top of hat thread needle through top of each ridge catching one loop and pull to tighten from inside hat and fasten off.
