Physics scicomm has gone sideways. The field didn’t stagnate after Einstein and it isn’t stagnate today. There are so many ingenious experiments happening in cosmology, astrophysics, and the foundations of quantum mechanics that it’s impossible to keep up with them all.
It's relieving to see that other researchers are finally seeing the light. We have been blindsided by LLMs. We need new methods if we want to truly reach AGI. We cannot become like physics. Their field stagnated for decades after Einstein's big discoveries.
