Last week I learned I was awarded a large federal grant! I'm excited, but also just wanna put out there that it has taken 12 proposals & 6 yrs before I secured external funding. And this proposal that was eventually funded - it was my 3rd time submitting to this same program.

Submitted an R&R, reviewed a bunch of studies, made a list of fall semester writing goals with @drcdobbs, and planned our upcoming weekend (me + Dobbs) trip to Disneyland. #SolidMondayMorning
