The SLT-led session then focused on self-disclosure/self-advocacy for people with aphasia. We practiced writing aphasia scripts, gave out @TheStrokeAssoc ‘I have aphasia’ cards, and started application forms for personalised @HeadwayUK brain injury ID cards. @cmcsnt @mcrlco (2/3)
