Day 5 of 1:1 observation and support training included incident and learning, well-being, psych liaison team and the activities coordinators too! Our pilot group of learners have been so engaged, motivated and a patient focused, it has been a pleasure to meet them all.

Today attended a new clinical skills forum, set up by our manager @KatyHow97717841 it was really great to meet people from all different Trusts, from Liverpool, London, Tunbridge wells to closer places like North Devon and Bristol. Some great conversations around VP &C and IV.

24years ago today I started my first job as a qualified nurse 👩⚕️ I have worked with many amazing people, looked after many patients 😊 I currently support student nurses. Coaching, encouraging and supporting them. Seeing them achieve fills my heart with joy 😊 I love my job 💕
