I keep being fascinated by these wonderful electron micrograph from Paulson and Laemmli. These apparent loops make such complex paths that are aesthetically beautiful and intellectually stimulating. Microscopy is fantastic.

Last week was another busy one in the chromatin lab with plenty of FISH, chromosome spreads to look at common fragile sites, testing of anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies, and logo design for an upcoming project (more about this in the future)!
