The entire job of the Judicial branch is to interpret the law and act as a check and balance on other branches of government, including the Executive branch. We are a nation of law and liberty. I get why this admin doesn't like anyone who acts as a check on their power.

Violate a bunch of citizens rights then just hope they have warrants or are not citizens. This isn't law enforcement, blatantly illegal and unconstitutional in the way they're doing it. Get a warrant with the most narrow scope possible and carry out the law.
