Donald Trump cannot by executive order undo properly passed legislation that went through the halls of congress. His executive order has no teeth and no power unless we cede it to him. He is not king yet.
Buried in the flurry of Executive Orders last night is one that halts all funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Yes, the law that Republicans and Democrats came together to pass that fixes our roads, modernizes old bridges, and makes drinking water safer.

Maybe this makes me less than gracious, but I have a hard time feeling bad for the Browns in this case. They knew who Watson was, and then guaranteed his entire contract because they thought talent mattered more than character. Now they get neither.
Especially now per the latest injury news (repeat Achilles rupture), there's a very realistic possibility that Deshaun Watson has played his last snap for the #Browns. If that is the case, it means Cleveland will have paid out $229.4M for 19 games of work.
