"There has not been a single public education campaign about the airborne nature of COVID-19." If western Canadian governments want to shift to personal responsibility, its incumbent upon public health to equitably provide the appropriate data, tools, and education for citizens.

Unbelievable! Brentwood College School is hosting a basketball tournament in the gymnasium immediately outside the SAT Exam Centre. They intend to start the tournament at 9:00 am. The exam is over at 10:14 am. I’ve insisted the tournament be deferred to 10:15 am. @OfficialSAT

The NHS know flu season is going to be horrendous this year. But still they do nothing! What will it take for them to DO something to reduce airborne transmission in hospitals? FFP masks. Ventilation. Air filtration. These were all recommended by experts at the Covid Inquiry.

This is Brentwood College School’s gym & SAT exam centre AFTER I asked basketball players for quiet to 10:15 am. The empathetic students kindly deferred their play. This school demonstrates poor planning; the SAT proctor is unprofessional & confrontational IMO. FYI @CollegeBoard

Legit post. Have never seen anything so totally ignored cause more illness—including dementia—than toxic mold.

Mold toxicity is one of the most under-diagnosed root causes of fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and unexplained illness. Removing exposure isn’t enough. You need a full cellular detox protocol to recover. In this post, I'll cover everything you need to know about mold detox: 1)

And I should mention that it’s not only the children who are experiencing significantly higher rates of illness. Unsurprisingly, as highly-infectious airborne illnesses spread like wildfire through schools, teachers are affected too. This has resulted in soaring supply costs.

When you look at all of the evidence in this thread, hopefully it will be clear why pupil illness absences are 40% higher than pre-pandemic. And also why it will be very hard to move the dial on improving pupil attendance without addressing the spread of illness in classrooms.

And the 4th factor to consider which is driving increased illness in children is: 4) immune system dysfunction triggered by Covid infections, which can make children more susceptible to other infections and also reactivate viruses which may have been lying dormant in the body.

Ooof, this is a really bad point for a thread break. We’ve only got through 3 out of the 4 summary points and there’s still more to the story. Please click “Show replies” once more to see the final part of the thread. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

2) the long-term health impacts of Covid, which include chronic illness and the worsening of existing conditions; 3) worsening mental health linked to both the social impact & physiological effects of Long Covid;

And when you think about the increased rates of illness in children, remember, it’s not driven by just one thing. There are 4 key factors to consider: 1) the introduction of a brand new, highly infectious virus (Covid) on top of all the other pre-existing childhood illnesses;

So, the next time you hear someone questioning if there’s genuinely more illness in school-age children now compared to pre-pandemic, hopefully this thread has provided some much needed clarity… ..all backed up by tangible data and evidence.

There are many more studies demonstrating the impact of repeated Covid infections on the brain, and how this can trigger and exacerbate mental health issues as well as cognitive issues. If you want to read more, you can find further studies in this lengthy thread… ⬇️

COVID + THE BRAIN 🧠 There’s been a flurry of new studies published in recent weeks about Covid’s detrimental impact on the brain. This is the aspect of Covid which concerns me most, but which many people seem to be blissfully unaware of. So let’s dig into what we know… 🧵

In this New Zealand study (Mar 2025), scientists studied the impact of COVID infections on the cognitive performance of university undergraduate students. 37% of undergrads exhibited impaired cognition for up to 17 months following COVID infection. https://t.co/AhM2GAtbE1

Another study (Oct 2022) used high-res microscopy to investigate Covid’s effect on the brain in rhesus monkeys. 7 days post-infection, SARS-CoV-2 was detected in the olfactory cortex & connected areas, accompanied by neuroinflammation & neuronal damage. https://t.co/H9HoFvz2Z3
