Flying trapeze, right in central London! In a 2 hour class, my daughters and I each graduated to this extra credit part where the instructor caught us and we left our original bar. Crazy fun, thanks @gorillacircus!

Critically important: There's no secret or BS 'guy behind the guy' nonsense. RUN from complexity. Your financial life should be really simple: Spend less than you earn and invest in a total stock market (or S&P 500) index fund.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but if your financial life is complex, it's because you, or someone you hired, wants it to be. There is no magic net worth number above which complexity is required.

The definition of why you want to pursue Financial Independence.

Probably the single most important info for muscle and strength building: Your last few reps of a productive set will slow down against your will. If you're just randomly stopping your set at a number and feeling no slowdown at the end, that set was mostly a waste of time
The 1 sign you're not training hard enough: The last reps of your work sets don't slow down against your will. If rep speed is the same, mechanical tension (MT) is low. MT drives the hypertrophy process. Complicated words to say it isn't hard enough. Force your body to grow.

Buffett fans will say Bitcoin produces nothing of value and "A" shares are the holy grail,

Time is your most valuable resource. Treat it that way Example: I'm the treasurer of a local swim team and I find myself driving to drop checks off since it's "only 10 minutes" A stamp is 63 cents. Driving implies I value my time at $3.78 an hour Buying a lot of stamps today!

Truth: As net worth increases, your need for an emergency fund decreases It feels safe to have a lot of money sitting around doing nothing waiting for an "emergency" But I want my money invested and any emergency can go on a credit card until I pay it off in full that month

Imagine playing chicken with the economy over a "limit" that could be raised to any number we want at any moment? The 'debt ceiling' is a fiction that should be raised to $1 quadrillion to avert this crisis If you care about the deficit & debt, the budget is the place to fix it
