Everybody thinks there are secrets to cutting weight. Of course there’s some strategies to make it easier but overall, it’s just hard work. It’s working out, not eating as much as you’d please, and being dehydrated. Now shut up and do it, or be wise and go up a weight class.

Why everyone act like wrestling matches are sooo long and boring? It’s 7 min with moments of action. Football is 4 hours with moments of cool plays. Fighting is 25 min with moments of good flurries. Wrestling is a chess match. Quit wishing for 7 min of backflip 360 cork takedowns

Damn that is rough. My freshman year i got 5th out of 6 people in the ACC and didn’t qualify for the NCAA tournament. Talk about a bad dra... nvm i just sucked haha
My Freshman year at Nebraska, I finished 3rd at Big 12’s and qualified for NCAA’s. I was 15-11 entering the tournament and went unseeded. At the time, they were only seeding the top 11. Of the 22 unseeded guys in the bracket, I drew the number one seed first round. Returning NCAA
