As most people know, I have spent many years following the details of Trump’s controversies, scandals, corruption and more but even I had missed this story. Other politicians would have been destroyed by this single story. But not Trump. No one ever asks him about this.
In January 2016, Trump held a televised “veterans fundraiser” that raised $2.8 million. The money was meant for veterans’ charities but was instead directed by his campaign and used to promote his political campaign.
