Huge congrats to our friends at the Bronzeville Trail Task Force on receiving a $900K grant! The funding will help develop a vibrant space for people who walk, bike, and run in Bronzeville, and making sure the plans are rooted in the communities' history. https://t.co/gKtHHwKc0b

More tragic news about a bike crash in Northern Illinois. On Saturday, a driver struck and critically injured a man, 33, biking across West Rockland Road from the Des Plaines River trail in Libertyville Township. Let's keep him in our thoughts. https://t.co/CyNI5A2N4w

I've opened a Blue Sky account hoping that more of the loose community that is "bicycling Chicago" will move as well. @bkevenides.bsky.social.

Kudos to the bike industry for solving that age-old problem: "How do we make a bicycle a fire risk?" https://t.co/jeme36RvpD

There's Verified GoFundMe for Samantha Shank, who was biking SB on 7/13 at Belden/Clark in Lincoln Park, when she was doored by a motorist and run over by a box truck driver. She recently got out of her 2nd hospitalization and has major medical expenses. https://t.co/GTtgcCBHId
