The Gov wants to make sure transgender girls don't clog the lane in basketball or tower over the net in volleyball, and she's willing to codify such a "solution." In the meantime, the SDHSAA has a perfectly workable transgender policy that's supported by its member schools.
In South Dakota, only girls can play in girls’ sports according to the executive orders I signed almost a year ago. I am introducing a bill that will be the strongest law in the nation.
