Today the New Glarus Brewing Company announced the release of the latest beer in their Thumbprint series, Spotted Cow Grand Cru. This special amped up version of the Spotted Cow adds a fresh coriander and sweet orange peel to kick up Dan’s special Farmhouse Ale. Cheers! 🍻
Today the New Glarus Brewing Company announced the release of 30th Anniversary Quadruple, the first beer available in the new Thumbprint four-pack cans.
This Belgian Quad was brewed using malted barley to give it hints of raisin, vanilla, dried fruit, and dark chocolate.

Taking on the name of our iconic beer, we make a kicked-up version of our famous flagship beer. Grand Cru, comes in at 9% ABV and with addition’s of fresh coriander and orange peel, it is perfect for a cold and snowy Wisconsin winter. Cheers! 🍻

Today the New Glarus Brewing Company won a Gold Medal at the prestigious World Beer Cup for Vintage 22. This traditional Belgian Lambic is a blend of young and old blonde sour beers. Vintage 22 is still available only in the Beer Depot at the brewery in New Glarus, Wisconsin.

This Doppelbock’s journey began with Dan’s re-discovery of whole cone Diamant hops grown in Germany. The strong Bock lagered 10 weeks in the cellar before resting in the bottle 6 months for mature flavor perfection. Distributes this week, don’t miss out! 🍻
New Glarus Brewery announces the release of Wee Heavy Scotch Ale!
This Scotch Ale was brewed using Heirloom barley from the UK, giving it a rich toffee and biscuit profile. Wee Heavy went through cool ale fermentation bringing out delicious notes of plum and raisin. Cheers! 🍻

The 2nd R&D release of the year is here! Weizen Eisbock is a bottle-fermented behemoth coming in at 12% ABV. Expect this big beer to be luxurious and sweet and pack bold hints of clove. Weizen Eisbock is only available at the brewery and is of limited quantity. Cheers!
Scream IIPA is distributing statewide this week! Scream boasts four pounds of hops per barrel that reverberate cleanly through our double IPA. Seven hop varieties including experimental and estate grown hops dominate this brew from kettle boil to dry hopping. Cheers!🦅
