For mid-majors opting in, now comes another challenge of how to maneuver revenue-sharing and best strategies. Do you have the external booster support to raise more money? Or do you have to adjust your current budget? Can you ask for more university/student fee money that.
@kelcey_sweeney Mid-majors don’t have extra revenue to spend. But rev-share $ could from a combination of moving money around in the budget into the revenue-share pot, taking previously external NIL collective funds internally, increasing game tickets/parking/concessions $, student fees, etc.
