Claude Code already has a memory system and it exists on disk. Here is a simple agent skill to keep claude informed of its recall capabilities over the session directory and with ripgrep.

@TheNJDevOpsGuy The coding was never the hard part. The reason this can be done in 10 minutes was the thinking and planning that led up to it, that I did myself. That’s how I was able to articulate a pretty clear plan in the first prompt and the AI was able to implement it on a pretty strong
