Still no sign of a 35% drop!
Market snapshot. According to @AskNationwide house prices rose slightly last month & according to @HMRCgovuk transaction volumes rose in September. Is this true everywhere? No. Is this true across the market? No. But are we all f*cked? No. Some certainly are but most are not.

If your fixed rate is expiring in the next 3 months or you are looking to remortgage and raise capital you may want to get your Adviser to review now. There is a bit of a rate war going on right now so you could secure a good deal.

Shout out to the lady on QVC this morning who spent 20 minutes making a plain black cotton T shirt sound interesting and a "must have" for the coming winter season.

On the train sitting opposite a girl chewing on a stinky, curried chicken leg. Why can't commuters wait until they get home?
