Self-employed who trade as a ltd company are left out. There could be a million of them. It is a major gap and the Govt seems to think it is too difficult to include them as they pay themselves mainly in dividends.
Delighted to hear Orange Genie a big umbrella companies that pays supply teachers, has now agreed to furlough based on avg pay rather than min wage. As my guidance from HMRC stated they could two weeks ago. Thanks to them and let's hope others follow suit.
