The decision for the govt to appoint a for-profit org - Shoppers Drug Mart - to act as the sole distributor of Covid vaccines makes absolutely NO sense. We need an inquiry on the relationship between SDM & the govt, bc this favouritism is clearly not beneficial for the public.
🏥After administering thousands of vaccines over the past few years, we've made the tough decision to conclude our vaccine season, & possibly for all future seasons for publicly funded vaccines.

In the burnout world, we talk a lot about the importance of docs practicing at the top of their licensure. Real system overhaul must include same principle for every health professional. Believe me, pharmacists are damn smart & highly trained. They can do more. @picardonhealth
