The progressive change needed can't be delivered by central gov alone. It requires a partnership between central, regional and local gov, business and trade unions, both to develop the new ideas and policies to implement them.

Very proud of what team @IGN_tweets @CentreProPolicy has achieved over the past four years in supporting places to advance what inclusive growth means for the UK, grounded in real world practice. But this is just the beginning.
