Perhaps we should allow the construction of large scale nuclear plants and stop trying to decommission natural gas generation, all while we seek to incentivize new power consumption via tech investment, industrial electrification and EVs. Something about supply and demand…

So far some 4,500 Ward 8 voters have cast ballots by mail or during early voting. In last year’s Democratic primary, there were 7,400 votes cast. (White won.) The last time Ward 8 had a special election, in 2015, there were roughly 7,000 votes cast.
